It is very rare for a movie to feel this video-game coded. Nice dystopian and sci-fiction premise Ending was slightly abrupt I wanted to see how they moved on from the trauma and damage and rebuilt their cities after the attacks Also two characters were killed off for no good reason???

Да… Это Евангелион только по Американски. Этот фильм безумно крутой, в нем есть глубина, к концу хочется пустить слезу, но в детстве, 13 лет назад, я его полюбил за гигантских роботов которые хуярят больших монстров с КУУУЧЕЙ спецэффектов и графона. Этот ваш вонючий колобок и рядом не стоит, колобок как микроб на фоне Марк 1 из Тихоокеанского рубежа. Не скажу что вам фильм понравится, я не могу его оценить с объективной точки зрения, лишь детские воспоминания и сама крутизна этого фильма. Кстати у меня есть теория что именно изза этого фильма мне по душе Азиатки)))

pelicula llena de cliches pero omg, q impresionante es ver mechas luchar contra mounstros color neon con un soundtrack super perro. tiene momentos donde sientes la desesperacion de la humanidad desgastada por las decadas de guerra pero tambien tiene su buena dosis de cursileria entre los personajes (todos entrañables por cierto). t amo Del Toro, 10/10 obra maestra

Blu-ray A perfectly fine and entertaining, but rather unsurprising movie to turn off your brain for two hours. Audiovisually epic, benefits from a big screen and competent home cinema setup.

The closest we’re going to get to a live-action Neon Genesis Evangelion movie. I am most definitely entertained! The glorious action scenes, enhanced by the great soundtrack and sound effects, had me on the edge of my seat. Simply glorious! The characters aren’t complex in the slightest, but their interactions with each other really added to the spectacle. The weaker elements are the horrendous opening montage, with exposition from hell and unimpressive CGI, as well as Mako, whose character has clichéd colored streaks and who could also have used a better actress. I’m definitely planning on getting the 4K disc!

This movie is totally generic, with well known tropes like the soldier with a dead family member, the cientist and the badges girl that the protagonist has interest. It’s insane how this movie takes Kaijus and Mechas fighting and somehow makes it boring
