    There’s a scene where some of the characters are watching a remake of Angels With Filthy Souls (the fake movie from the original) and a character says “I don’t know why they’re trying to remake the classics. Never as good as the originals.” The lack of self-awareness is honestly funnier than the actual joke itself.

    This movie unfortunately, came out in an era when Disney+ was first getting off the ground and they were trying to establish a brand based on reboot/sequel to a lot of live action material (this feels very similar to the Turner and hooch TV show. That was very short-lived) unfortunately this feels more like it wants to remind you about the first home alone rather than be a new story which really begs the question “this was made for a streaming service. You can hit three buttons and just watch the original home alone. Why watch this?”

    Es un desastre total, literalmente no tiene ningún sentido. Transformaron a los “ladrones” en una pareja común y corriente que lo único que quiere es recuperar un muñeco que es de ellos y que el chico se robó. Terminás empatizando más con los adultos que con el pibito insoportable que los tortura sin razón. Una vuelta de tuerca absurda que arruina toda la premisa de la saga.
