    Watching Goodfellas for the first time after you finished Sopranos is a mistake. I can’t even take some characters seriously after all the Sopranos’ memes and brainrot knowledge i consumed, especially Billy Bats aka Shah of Iran.

    A je vais me faire des ennemis, mais j’étais pas a fond. Ok ça reste un grand film pas de problème, mais je m’attendais a mieux. En mode, l’histoire c’est ok, elle est intéressante mais elle aurait pu aller plus loin je pense c’est dommage d’être un peu resté limité. Ensuite, j’ai eu du mal avec la plupart des personnages que j’ai trouvé pas très intéressant, y a quelques séquences qui permettent de bien les montrer mais je garderai pas…

    Good story expertly told. If it lost some impact for me that’s likely because I’ve seen all the rise and fall crime films that it inspired. It felt a little long but at the same time I can’t imagine a single scene you could cut, there’s always something interesting or exciting happening.

    This movie is for me THE gangster movie. Films Like the godfather have a lot of Gangter things in them but when it comes to capturing the essence of what gangsters are Goodfellas is it.
