It’s a slasher movie with sharks. A SPLASHER movie, if you will. I’ll sea myself out.

Sometimes the plot is just girls and sharks, and that’s perfectly okay.

Director: “Look, I’ll make your stupid shark movie, but I just want ONE THING.” Studio Executive: “And what might that be?” Director: “I want a fish to scream directly at the camera.” Studio Executive: “…You know fish don’t have lungs, right?” Director: “Take it or leave it. That’s my final offer.” … *Executives look at each other* … Studio Executive: “Just give him the damn fish scream, Kyle.”

Idk why I make myself watch films like this. I’m terrified of sharks. Clearly there was no thought process when I turned this on.

Sicuramente non è un film horror, quasi più comico: trama e personaggi banali e prevedibili, squali che parono pupazzi, il pesce che grida guardando la fotocamera… ho visto troppo

The first one had more suspense building while this one had much more action to the point some of the action got a bit tiresome. The girl drowning though was brutal to. The shark design was so goofy lmaooo.

I have rewatched this an unhealthy amount of times. Just something about it. Much better than the first one. Well edited and a great 80s soundtrack as well. Dodgy looking shark but its a bit like The Descent where the cramped areas and more scary than the predators.

Prévisible asf mais j’ai bien aimé certains plans comme celui ou la lumière rouge clignotait avec la musique.

It’s a bad shark movie when the shark scene don’t scares me 😪

Wow, I wanted something light as background noise but damn this is one of the most unnecessarily dramatic, dumbest shark movies I’ve seen. But the diving scenes looked nice

Script is pretty drab but Roberts’ mastery of space and visual idiosyncrasies are on full, glorious display here. All of his work that I’ve seen seems to depict the threat, whether it’s sharks or a monkey or The Strangers, as a cruel extension of an indifferent world. That’s kind of a rockingly nihilistic worldview for such a fun and schlocky director. I have my problems with his movies but I fuck with that heavy. Also, very importantly: this is a movie about blind sharks in an ancient Mayan pyramid. Of course it’s at least a little bit sick.

As we say in Germany: Even a blind shark finds a grain now and then, or some screaming dumb girls…

Un poco mi sono divertito, ma totalmente prevedibile, a tratti cringe, ed effetti speciali da rivedere. In ogni caso voglio un gioco a scelte per ps5 sugli squali
