Anxiety-inducing. If that boss bus lady was in charge of the town, none of this would have happened.

If Speed took place during a wildfire in California, but instead of Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock it’s Matthew McConaughey and America Ferrera. 2025 Ranking

Inshallah they find this bus. It’s a beautiful place and there’s a lot I love about it, but living in California looks like a fucking nightmare.

I can confidently say that Miss Mary is a better teacher because her students didn’t disappear at 2:17 am

Between this and Twisters we could have a real solid 90s disaster movie resurgence happening but for some insane reason Apple refuses to tell people this movie exists

Matthew McConaughey gives a stellar performance in this heartbreaking look at real-life tragedy. Completely thrilling and emotional. Easy 5/5.

Anchored in a powerful true story, the film hits with extraordinary realism and emotional depth. Skillfully directed to build relentless suspense, it keeps the audience completely locked into its narrative pacing. Matthew McConaughey delivers a phenomenal, deeply moving performance that stands out as the heart of the movie. Truly a remarkable film that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Had I been Kevin, I’d probably have missed the first turn and they wouldn’t have made a movie about me.

Melodramatic, sure, but I’m a sucker for a tales of heroism in the face of natural disaster and this one really got me.

I watched this movie during the forest fire in Ontario. This maybe just a movie but in reality its happening every summer.

Filme top!

Intense. My goodness that had me on the edge of the couch, often yelling at the scream in ways that are normally reserved for football haha. It was stressful but I loved it.

So after watching Eternity, this was the other new Apple TV movie that I was excited about, missed when it came out, and now finally am getting to watch. I pleased to say that I enjoyed this one too. I’m a huge fan of Mathew McConaughey so I love that we’re starting to see him in stuff again. While I wouldn’t call this his best role or anything like that, he still killed it as always. America Ferrera and McConaughey…

This movie isn’t bad. It definitely keeps you on edge, so if you’re looking for something to get your adrenaline going it’s actually pretty decent. But honestly it feels like a one-time watch. I don’t think I’d ever feel the need to watch it again not because it’s bad, but because it’s just one of those movies you watch once and move on. Also, Matthew McConaughey is hot so maybe that’s why the forest caught fire…😭
