Do you think The French Dispatch ever covered the Grand Budapest Hotel in its feature travelogues before it was demolished? There’s a story within a story within another story. And somehow, it’s not that hard to keep up. I put off watching this film for months now due to many people saying that it was overrated and it eventually became an identifier for insufferable and performative men. But it’s a beautiful picture, and certainly not a bad watch. Mr. Gustave…

Such a beautiful, charming and unforgettable little world. Wes Anderson created something that feels like a storybook brought to life — the colors, the sets, the music, and every tiny detail were absolutely perfect. I loved every second of it, and honestly, I didn’t want this world to

It’s crazy to see the evolution of his movies and how the bigger he got the more intricate and detailed Wes’ films got. It amazes me how imaginative this movie was and the casting is always perfect in these movies

Me encantó la película es súper mágica, el fondo rosa te hace parecer que estás dentro de ella, me encanta como cuentan la historia. Es la típica película que te pones un día de lluvia para relajarte. Tiene un ritmo perfecto y un humor encantador.

I really enjoyed watching The Grand Budapest Hotel. At first, I thought it was just going to be a simple comedy, but as the story went on, I realized that it had a lot more to offer. The movie has a very unique style, with colorful visuals, funny characters, and a really interesting story. I liked the relationship between Gustave and Zero the most. Their friendship was one of the best parts of the movie, especially because they were very…

i like this film sm, it feels like a mix of reality and fantasy to me. it’s real bc of the case itself and the way the story is grounded in its historical context, but things about the way the whole story is told that makes it feel kidna dreamlike. i feel like a lot of that comes from the fact that the whole story is basically being told through the lobby boy’s memories, which later the guy turns it…

Wes Anderson at his absolute best. Outstanding cast, with standout performance by Ralph Fiennes.

One of those movies that gets better everytime you watch it and somehow every rewatch blows my mind with how fucking gorgeous it is. On top of that it’s got such creative storytelling, it’s funny, it’s emotional, it has fantastic music,… It’s basically a perfect movie.

A painting on the big screen, Wes Anderson made his most Wes anderson movie. While it is debatable if this Is his best movie it is Undeniably his most characteristic. Pastel colour world, Majestic shots, over the top characters, a plot that takes surreal steps. This movie also has the quite nostalgic ambiance of the older Zero’s world. The movie has that brightness to contrast the gray of its content, Zero has lost everyone and everything and lives to reminisce that which he had. The Grand Budapest Hotel exists to house the memory of its past glory.
