    The first few minutes of this movie broke my heart, seeing how sad kitten Garfield was! His big sad eyes were adorable and also upsetting.     Quem realmente tina grandes expectativas? É um filme divertido, com uma animação bem consistente e fofo. O que peca é a história, em uma narrativa pouco inspirada e cheia de viradas batidas. Mas de alguma forma, achei o final suficientemente bom para não sair odiando. Sinceramente, dos filmes de crianças que assisti no ano, esse definitivamente não é o pior, embora esteja longe do melhor. Um filme ok.

    The fact that this movie was unable to appeal to adult viewers like myself in ways Zootopia 2 was able to, heavily sidelined Jon Arbuckle, had illogical and nonsensical plot elements, dated pop culture references, too much product placement, forgettable new characters, an overly ridiculous heist plot that rips off Over the Hedge, lacks sarcastic and dry humor, a bland voice performance from Chris Pratt and lastly is overall inferior to the comic strips and 1980s cartoon makes The Garfield Movie one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen in recent years.

    I can’t rate this movie too highly because in all honesty it took me like 2 months to finish it. I did have fun watching this, the scene when his dad is talking about leaving him actually pulled at my heart strings. But I also was quite bored at points and I don’t think the plot was too creative, it really included all the basic cliches But god, garfield is actually a big back, like how much money must he spend on food 😬 The way Otto talks about his girlfriend is how everyone should talk about their girlfriends good job buddy

    A movie with wasted potential for the Garfield franchise, and holy cow was this so unfunny as fuck! Granted, while this may not be the worst of 2024 (I already suffered through Ryan’s World the Movie for the record and that was far worse than this one, plus I have yet to suffer Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate), it was still quite a chore to get through, especially with how manipulative the film is.
