👌🏻61% YouTube review – Click HERE 2019 list – Click HERE I don’t see many (especially on Letterboxd) loving this movie; or even liking it. It’s not a film made for our age group and that’s obvious. But something about it made me flash back to when I was a kid. I feel like if I would have watched this at the right age; I would have absolutely loved it. The dialogue isn’t very good. The storytelling is also pretty bad. But it holds enough “fun for the family” to make me look at it and see the elements of fun. Maybe I am overlooking the obvious flaws. A lot of those flaws come down to McG as a filmmaker. He’s just…

So, let’s get real up in here. We have four main characters, three are poc, and the only one that isn’t a stereotype is the white kid, okay… Then, we have a scene that is allegedly supposed to be a sexual oral act between an alien and a CHILD, riiiiiight… AND THEN, there’s this whole scene where a conversation between kids, turns out to be about who’s gonna sleep a.k.a implying to have sex with the girl, who is a child also, hmm what?… This is bad, this is the bad place people, if it wasn’t for the poorly script, the rapist jokes, the sexual insinuation between kids, this could’ve been a cute, nice, fresh, really fun family action movie, what a big fucking miss. And with all those sex jokes coming out those 13 year olds mouths, lord have mercy… *inserts i’m disgusted gif here*

“It’s pissed about its dog. You ever watched Marley and me or Beethoven? It’s a primal bond. It’s out for revenge. Ask John Wick.” (Benjamin Flores Jr. as Dariush) DOZENS OF FUNNY MOVIE REFERENCES, ABSOLUTELY 80s VIBES, BUT TERRIBLE CGI IN THE NEWEST NETFLIX ORIGINAL Hi everybody, even if the trailer loks like nothing special, I had a lot of fun with this highly dumb but entertaining movie. There you have a good example that a 2 minute trailer sometimes can’t represent 90 minutes enough to have a good impression what to expect. The trailer to last weeks released “See you yesterday” looked awesome but like I said in the review the result was not nearly as satisfying. Exactly the…

You got to be fucking kidding me. Seriously, what the fuck. Sexist, racist, rape and sex jokes all involving kids surrounding the girl that’s also a kid. The direction is non-existent, the special effects look like shit, the action is boring, the acting is ass, and the characters are all stereotypes. Even on Netflix standards. This film was something different, something so atrociously awful that it makes it hard to put into words.

Netflix: “Ok guys Stranger Things is doing amazing, but how can we take its much-loved formula and really make it tedious?” McG: “Hiya”

One of my close friends recommended this movie, and I really liked it. It’s genuinely so good, and I’m not saying this just because my friend recommended it—it’s really good (Well, for me it is). I’m definitely part of the target audience for this movie, even if it’s supposed to be a “kid movie”. Also, idk but Gabriel looks like young Leonardo DiCarpio. One thing I love is that it’s so funny. I was laughing almost every minute, especially at Darius—he’s deadass funny. If a nerd, an orphan, a criminal, and a joke can save the world in a crisis, then we can too.

Had the holy trinity at the start: – Lil Pump song – King Bach – Amanda Cerny This was set up to be the worst film ever! But they actually got rid of them and it ended up being a fine little film that was perfect for my brainrot hour. It’s simple and does nothing special at all- hell it isn’t even funny but idk if was easy to watch Need to get back to watching good stuff though
