    Terrifiante dystopie, surtout quand on regarde le film aujourd’hui. Ça pourrait paraître ridicule de penser que quelque chose de similaire pourrait arriver ‘dans la vraie vie’, et pourtant… La probabilité existe, j’imagine ? Le film était sympa, pas exceptionnel mais sympa sur le thème et ce qu’il critique. Par contre j’ai jamais vu des placements de produits aussi peu discrets dans un film, ça m’a dérangé de fou (surtout Converse).

    This movie rules. Alan Tudyk is the best. I think if I watched this movie when I was younger I would have found Will Smith’s character lame for being stuck in the past but now I relate so much.     Totalmente deturpado da obra original proposta pelo gênio da escrita Isaac Asimov, simplesmente pois o MERDA do Will Smith tem síndrome de protagonista, e tem necessidade de salvar o dia no final de todos os filme. O pouco de coisa boa, vem do livro, de restante, é ruim com força, mas espero ansioso o dia que irão respeitar as obras originais, e fazer um filme de verdade sobre. Enquanto isso essa “ficção científica” barata aí cai no esquecimento e ostracismo, junto com a carreira medíocre do Will.

    Wow, what a TOPICAL movie. It was honestly pretty good. Not much to say about it. It was probably like groundbreaking at the time, but now it just looks like they bit off more than they could chew. (It’s a metaphor.)

    Movie number 2 hungover on the couch with friends. I had this on dvd as a youngin. I probably saw this 100 times with my brother and love this movie very much. Very fun from start to finish and just want I needed in that moment.

    Dieser Film hat mich als Kind bereits fasziniert. Eine sehr fesselnde Geschichte über eine dystopische Zukunft, in der Roboter plötzlich anfangen, Gefühle zu entwickeln. Dabei stellt der Film auf interessante Weise die Frage, was uns eigentlich zu Menschen macht und wie weit menschlicher Fortschritt gehen sollte. Mein einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt sind die Effekte, die leider heutzutage sehr billig aussehen.

    Animation style of the robots was a little strange to me. I’m sure it was a huge advancement when it was made but it didn’t age well for me. The plot was okay although will smith just pretty much went on a vigilante hunt for the whole movie

    A movie that we all should rewatch in 2026. Scary that we had movies predicting what would be going through in the future if we let technology outsmart us. Fuck flying cars and whatever other specs we had in mind. This is what keeps me up at night! Even though I liked the movie, it still felt a bit predictable which was fine. But I would’ve loved an even more WOW factor or scandalous scene. I’m never getting a Robot, that’s for damn sure.

    A classic sci-fi movie from this century. It takes Asimov universe as its base, and develops excellently from there. The movie is a well-rounded one: story, good acting, action, and a message. Highly recommendable.
