This holds up insanely well in a lot of ways especially the beginning. The city and the effects they use to make the setting complete is so fucking good There’s some cheesy stuff with the vampire zombies like one of them releasing fucking hounds like resident evil but besides that this movie still holds up I honestly just love the feeling of the beginning city moments

Will Smith kills his dog, cries and sings Bob Marley. It does not get better than this.

I feel bad saying this because I love tons of low budget movies, but you really can’t compare with the kind of post-apocalypse environments money can buy, this films world looks unreal!! That said though, film is pretty generic at times, and I have to stare at Will Smith for an hour and a half (Side note, I have this ones dvd as a metal case which i sometimes use to rail lines, so bonus points for that!)

A Will Smith film centering on the story of Robert Neville, a survivor in New York City now deserted following a pandemic that has filled the streets with zombies, as well as some animals and mannequins. The 2007 film *I Am Legend*, directed by Francis Lawrence, is a Warner Bros. horror-action movie that tells the story of Robert Neville, a survivor in New York City. He and his dog, Sam, roam the deserted streets of a pandemic-stricken city a setting…

“Light up the darkness” Je regarde enfin je suis une légende, et c’était vraiment bien une histoire vraiment intéressante, une ambiance vraiment oppressante tout le long qui fonctionne bien, de base je n’aime pas trop les film avec des zombies mais là j’ai kiffé, le design des créatures est vraiment flippant a souhait l’esthétique du film est excellente ça rajoute un plus au film , on a des scène tristes à de bonne grosse scène d’action, petit bémol j’ai trouvé que sur le début le film traînée un peut c’était assez long mais ça va j’ai passé un très bon moment.

I think the movie’s ultimate question is quite clear: Who set the trap there? Personally, I think it was the Darkseekers; throughout the film, you could see how their “leader,” so to speak, developed a personal hatred for Robert, watched him, and sent other Darkseekers after him. Robert thought they were just mindless monsters, but it seems there’s still a bit of humanity left in them after all. The film also deals very intensely with isolation and loss. Robert has…

We’re supposed to take the reveal of his familie’s INSANELY sudden & tragic death serious by snap cutting to Shrek, & then having Will’s character recite a scene word for word from it???? How am I not supposed to laugh ????

Will Smith manages to convey raw emotion. We feel his loneliness, his slow-rising madness, and his stubborn dedication to finding a cure. This film is one of Will Smith’s best performances, but it’s often debated for its final execution.

I am legend, another movie that I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve watched it. this film is pulled straight from my childhood, it’s one of the more serious movies I first ever watched as a kid, I remember being 5-6 years old watching this in my bedroom, it’s one of those movies that are engrained in my soul. The emotion in this movie is unlike any I’ve seen before, Robert as a character is just so unbelievably interesting…

Great premise, decent execution. The vampires CGI doesn’t hold up too well but it’s not that bad either. Will smiths acting is good. Overall decent.

A lot of laughably bad moments in this one. I don’t know which is worse, her not knowing who Bob Marley was or the whole Shrek bit. It’s like a video game, but definitely not in a good way. The CGI is also incredibly dated. I expected much more. RATING: 54/100
