    The first ever kaiju battle royale. King Ghidorah got done dirty as hell in this entry. Gorosaurus lowkey an MVP tho , meanwhile Baragon , Varan and Manda did nothing in the final fight 🥀. Solid entry and loved seeing all these kaiju pop up like The Avengers

    I love how this movie is genuine straight to the action. It feels like a huge sendoff to the series with so much action it could make the average action star nervous. This movie is genuinely such a fucking masterpiece of effects worth and is nothing but straight entertainment

    Honestly pretty fun entry into the franchise. It spends a little too much time on the humans in my opinion but their plot is fine enough to not drag too much. Whenever the monsters all get to shine though is when this movie is at its best. Is this the original Endgame cameo fest? Sure, but it’s hard to hate on it too much regardless.

    SO GOATED!! Such a fun time! The kaiju look great, the set, the atmosphere, everything is so awesome. Feels like it drags a little in the end before the big finale, but still tons of fun! Love seeing all the kaiju end game style. Can’t wait to rewatch this one!

    I’m finishing off my mini, 60’s G-fest (I’ve been buying G x Kitty Happy Meals) with the favorite Showa of my youth. I mean, it has all monsters! Once again, aliens want to conquer the earth via controlling monsters but this time the Kilaaks are all beautiful women clad in silver robes. Of real note for a Godzilla film, the scenes with the Moonlight SY-3 team (when they’re in space suits) are actually as good as the kaiju scenes.

    Un véritable « Avengers des kaijūs » avant l’heure : Godzilla, Mothra, Rodan, Anguirus, Kumonga, Minilla et plusieurs autres monstres sont réunis.     This is really more of a pure tokusatsu movie than a kaiju movie. The monsters kind of walk around for a while destroying stuff in the background (with a minor continuity error when the Monster Island TV screens show them still on the island).     I am new to the classic Japanese Godzilla movies (I have only seen the 1954 one, Shin Godzilla and Minus One).
