Ryan Reynolds has 90% of the dialogue in this movie and it’s all horrible dick jokes and references to beastiality. It’s really, really annoying. Also, if you pay close attention, you may notice that Wesley Snipes has a small cameo as his vampire character from the enjoyable “Blade” movies.

Eventually, every single shot that did not require a close-up of Snipes was completed with his stand-in. The closeup thing actually ends up working in the movie’s favor because Wesley Snipes makes all these insanely funny faces and it’s made much funnier by the fact that his face never shares the screen with anybody else. Also Parker Posey’s so hot in this. Basically a perfect movie if you can ignore a lot of other stuff.

This movie is kinda ass too. It’s like when you’re really want McDonald’s but when you finally get it, the fries are soggy and the sandwich is mid. I want to enjoy this, but it’s not as fresh and fantastic as the first movie. Better than the second. When my wife kisses me sometimes I feel like it’s the first time she ever did. It’s like I fall more in love with her every day. I love my wife.

Es muy distinto el tono de esta última entrega con respecto a las dos películas anteriores. Incluso visualmente se siente bastante más pobre. Además, le sacaron protagonismo a Blade en muchas partes de la película y eso no me gustó para nada. El guion también es bastante flojo, con muchos baches y problemas para conectar con las historias de las entregas anteriores. El villano está muy desperdiciado y, lamentablemente, la actuación de Dominic Purcell tampoco ayuda. Parecía un robot, cero carisma y sin la presencia que necesitaba el personaje. I didn’t really like the stories of the first two Blades, but at least they had extravagant bloody goth visuals to look at. This strips that away entirely and replaces it with the vibe of a dark office building. It’s like going from Dracula to some bro named Drake. The new characters are awful (and strangely cast) and weirdly have the same abilities as Blade, so the main guy has lost any reason to actually matter. At least Ryan Reynolds is around to add problematic and/or dated quips!

Wesley Snipes and Jessica Biel were the highlight of the movie. Dracula CGI was criminal and made me cringe everytime he was on screen. This movie wasn’t even a Blade trilogy anymore and Blade was basically nonexistent for some parts of the movie. Triple H being in this should’ve told me right away how awful the script and casting was. Really bad look, and makes me sad this is probably how Blade will be remembered for now.

This might be a very unpopular opinion, but I like this one the most out of the trilogy. I’m still not crazy about it, but the forced teamwork changed it up a bit and that’s in my opinion good. Percebi q blade é meio Devil may cry, um meio alguma coisa lutando contra essa alguma coisa, bem legal. Sem falar que o drácula vira a porra do Cavaliere Angelo no meio do filme vsfd. maaaaeeees, esse filme é bem ruinzinho, o Blade parece um robô em algumas cenas e a polícia desistiu muito rápido do cara até então “genocida” do noticiário. Sem falar que tinham designs MUITO melhores pra um drácula. Maldito é quase o Tuco Salamanca se ele tivesse uma espada e obreiras.

A pretty disappointing end to the Blade trilogy, but it wasn’t entirely awful. It was certainly a lot funnier than the previous two, but it was this comedy that ruined the whole serious vampire slayer thing that was going on. Ryan Reynolds was good in something for once, never thought I’d hear him call someone a cock juggling thundercunt. The only thundercunts I know are screamers from outside the box.
