Man, this movie was spook. I don’t know why, but I think that the monsters being so present and physical kind of ruined the film for me. I wish it was a little more hypothetical in a way, I feel it would’ve added to the eerie feel.

This came out at the absolute perfect time to make a cultural impact: it was one of the only feature films that released during lockdown and it immediately went viral. This is far from a perfect movie but the premise is entertaining, and Sandra Bullock does a phenomenal job. I do think this one’s sister film is A Quiet Place which was is miles above this in terms of quality. However this one is still worth a watch if you like horror, already have an netflix subscription, and have some time to kill.

La historia me pareció interesante y la idea de no poder mirar a las criaturas está bastante buena porque hace que varias partes tengan mucha tensión, aunque siento que pudo haber sido mejor en algunas cosas. En general me entretuvo y no se me hizo mala, pero tampoco fue de mis favoritas, le doy 3 estrellas.

Skipper la possibilité la plus simple de quitter cet enfer (mais j’ai bien aimé la fin quand même) même si je trouve ça dommage qu’on ne développe pas plus la source de l’apocalypse et les personnes qui sont touchées différemment par celle ci (surtout qu’on nous montre des dessins un moment donc c’était le moment de développer pas juste mettre une ambiance terrifiante)

Había olvidado añadir que antier revisité bird box. A los 17 me parecía increíble y uno de los recuerdos más lindos de mi vida incluye a 4 personas que amé con mi vida yendo a mi casa un domingo por la tarde pars comer juntos y terminamos viendo esta pelí. Cuento esta historia porque había algo especial con los lanzamientos grandes de netflix, se sentían como grandes eventos y definitivamente ya no es así.
