Unfortunately, I’ve had to put my X-Men run on a temporary break due to Disney+ being a pain in the arse, so I’m just using this to fill the void. Strikingly slick and fast-paced for a survival thriller, even if it took me far longer than it should have to realise that Ben is played by Taron Egerton. He looked so familiar from the first glance, but he sheds his suave Kingsman charm so completely here that it didn’t click…

The movie started off interesting. I thought it was going to be about her character going through life without her husband, and it kinda of was, but ended up being a movie that was about hunting humans for sport. The guy was psycho. This isn’t my type of movie, so I can’t really recommend this unless you like those type of movies.

You have until the end of this review to get as far away as possible. Go! Tomb Raider if it was set in Australia The “I thought you liked danger” scene was fun and iconic for this movie Taron Egerton was perfect in this.

i still feel like ben’s character was kinda underdeveloped?? like we barely get any background on him or why he’s like that, so I was left a little confused. still a solid watch tho, just wish they explained him more

movie #4 on our flight to Japan. Don’t ever get hair plugs, Taron. You are on the path to being one of the great character actors who can also lead any genre of a movie. What a sick bastard he was in this one!

Bruh, either bash his head in or choke her out, no ones finish the damn job here except gravity!

Not rly good but u might wish u had seen it later on

Muy aburrida la película. Lo único que rescato son los paisajes y la parte final (descontadísima) donde ella consigue escalar ese pedazo de subida. Después por el resto todo muy banal, nonsense y brainrot. Bastante bastante mala.

I didn’t hate it like everyone else seemed to. It’s just that we’ve seen this movie before and I’m sure we will again. [Netflix]

Basically just backpacker Misery, but it’s slickly executed and the locations are shot quite exquisitely (CGI additions aside). Charlize is really skilled at making situations seem strenuous and intense, and Taron Egerton is having s lot of fun as a beast of a man.

Taron Edgerton took the movie title a little too seriously.

Boy I sure am glad those families found out their relatives were turned into human jerky instead of just presuming they died a normal way. They could finally find their peace 🙏
