But something about it made me flash back to when I was a kid. I feel like if I would have watched this at the right age; I would have absolutely loved it. The dialogue isn’t very good. “Rim of the World” dreht sich um vier, von Kopf bis Fuß in Adidas-Klamotten gehüllte Kindleins, die mal wieder die Welt retten müssen. Die Vier treffen sich in einem Sommerlager, als Außerirdische die Welt angreifen und natürlich liegt es in den Händen dieser vier Kinder, die Welt zu retten. Die Kids im Film sind zirka 12 Jahren alt und die Geschichte wird wahrscheinlich auch keinen Zuschauer über diesem Alter begeistern können. Ich kann den Film aber nicht wirklich für Kinder empfehlen, da das Drehbuch merkwürdigerweise endlose sexuelle Anspielungen und Schimpfwörter aufweist, die den Film für Kinder zu vulgär und unpassend machen. So, let’s get real up in here. We have four main characters, three are poc, and the only one that isn’t a stereotype is the white kid, okay… Then, we have a scene that is allegedly supposed to be a sexual oral act between an alien and a CHILD, riiiiiight… AND THEN, there’s this whole scene where a conversation between kids, turns out to be about who’s gonna sleep a.k.a implying to have sex with the girl, who is a child also, hmm what?… This is bad, this is the bad place people, if it wasn’t for the poorly script, the rapist jokes, the sexual insinuation between kids, this could’ve been a cute, nice, fresh, really fun family action movie, what a big fucking miss. And with all those sex jokes coming out those 13 year olds mouths, lord have mercy… *inserts i’m disgusted gif here*

You got to be fucking kidding me. Seriously, what the fuck. Sexist, racist, rape and sex jokes all involving kids surrounding the girl that’s also a kid. The direction is non-existent, the special effects look like shit, the action is boring, the acting is ass, and the characters are all stereotypes. Even on Netflix standards. This film was something different, something so atrociously awful that it makes it hard to put into words.

One of my close friends recommended this movie, and I really liked it. It’s genuinely so good, and I’m not saying this just because my friend recommended it—it’s really good (Well, for me it is). I’m definitely part of the target audience for this movie, even if it’s supposed to be a “kid movie”. Also, idk but Gabriel looks like young Leonardo DiCarpio. One thing I love is that it’s so funny. I was laughing almost every minute, especially at Darius—he’s deadass funny. If a nerd, an orphan, a criminal, and a joke can save the world in a crisis, then we can too.

Perfeito! Adoro comédia misturada com ação. Ótimas atuações, ótimos atores, roteiro incrível e final emocionante (ou talvez eu que seja sensível demais). Ja assisti milhares de vezes e sempre que assisto novamente nunca perde a graça. Recomendo, vai tirar ótimas risadas e te deixar tenso na maioria das vezes

Had the holy trinity at the start: – Lil Pump song – King Bach – Amanda Cerny This was set up to be the worst film ever! But they actually got rid of them and it ended up being a fine little film that was perfect for my brainrot hour. It’s simple and does nothing special at all- hell it isn’t even funny but idk if was easy to watch Need to get back to watching good stuff though

Irgendwie der Klassiker- gute coming of age Story verliert sich allerdings im Verlauf der Geschichte. Gut animiertes Monster, bei den restlichen Effekten wirkt das wieder drüber. Viele Witze kommen gut es wirkt aber gekünstelt. Ich mag das Genre für die tollen Filme von früher (Goonies ftw) aber ich glaube man hat es heute nicht leicht
