Furiosa is so fucking insane and the smile that ran across my face for 2.5 hours straight has left my cheeks hurting. It’s so much fun, it’s so massive, it’s surprisingly hilarious. An “origin” story for the ages. I love Fury Road with all my heart. Truly one of my 5 favorite films ever. Never in a million years did I think Furiosa would live up to the insanity of its predecessor and leave me with something as unforgettable. I am in love. I don’t know how i feel about the cgi treatment they are using here but what a thrilling action packed film that i just watched. A lot of explosions and intense car chasing reminds me of prime Fast and Furious in desert but better. The storyline that they offer successfully depicts how the world in mad max saga actually worked and that was pretty cool. Also i want to give a shout how incredibly work that Anya Taylor Joy and Chris Hemsworth done here, especially the latter because he makes Dementus one of the best character villain that i’ve ever seen in the past recent years

The more I watch this movie, the more I love it. One of the most beautiful revenge films of all time. A true female odyssey where the protagonist is divinely written. Anya does a difficult job: building piece by piece the Furiosa we’ll see in the film Fury Road. Anya does a masterful, perfect job. Just look at her gaze, a young, traumatized warrior ready for revenge. The Fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. The film’s villain is already beyond iconic. A beautiful film.

What a ride. One of the best and smartest action movies I’ve ever seen. Non-stop cool and really good characters, plus Hemsworth delivers an actual Oscar-worthy performance after years of marvel slop. Amazing and I’ll probably watch Fury Road again just to live in this crazy world a little longer.

Sadly someone told George Miller about greenscreen and CG , he has used them here appropriately but it will never beat the nail biting adrenaline of the insane stunt work of fury road. That’s being said, this is just too long and with not enough interesting characters.

J’ai regardé Furiosa et c’était excellent. Le rythme du film est parfait : je ne me suis pas ennuyé une seule seconde. J’ai vraiment apprécié le fait que le film soit divisé en chapitres. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé les personnages, qui sont vraiment marquants. Selon moi Dementus est le personnage le plus réussi du film. Je tiens tout de même à préciser que les effets spéciaux sont un peu moins réussis que dans Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), mais le résultat reste impressionnant. Un conseil : regardez Mad Max (2015) en premier, même si Furiosa en est le préquel.

I do not care if it was CGI, I enjoyed watching a sci-fi/action movie with actual color. Chris Hemsworth a little too Marvel-y at points but when he’s serious he’s pretty good. Anya Taylor Joy great as usual, was pretty surprised that she just wasn’t there for the first hour of it.

Mad Wack Tries to apply the same nuance as a 4-Film written character (Max) but fails miserably. The nonchalance of Furiosa just leads to a character not as compelling. Within the first two acts it’s handled with some sort of grace, we see there is a code – and narrative comes along nicely, when she matures and Anya Taylor Joy gets involved, the character loses it. Relationships are formed quicker than I can blink and the ending feels like some mystical fuss up I would make for Yr5 creative writing. Really had something and really messed up something. ⭐️⭐️ – Watchable.

Una buena película, trae buenas escenas de acción pero sinceramente se nota en ciertas escenas un poco raro el fondo, creo que el enfoque a los personajes quizá fue lo que la hizo ver rara. Realmente Mad Max es increíble pero en esta entrega siento que quedaron a deber un poco más, pero es muy buena y más porque mantuvieron a parte del cast de Mad Max Fury Road.

A strong prequel that builds out the world and characters well. It does feel quite a bit cheaper than Mad Max and I wish there wasn’t this much greenscreen. One thing I liked is that the action scenes are actually slower and more methodical which gives it a different feel to mad max. Here the movie is a lot more of a suspenseful thriller rather than unhinged action.

Dunno why i put this off for so long. It was a lot of fun, had awesome cinematography, and told a compelling story, even if certain parts were weirdly paced and some of the characters were under realized (arguably including the protagonist). But for a turn-your-brain-off popcorn flick, it had surprising depth and provided some interesting world building, serving as a worthy successor (though technically a prequel) to Fury Road.
