I used to think John Wick overreacted a bit. Then I got a dog and realized his reaction was appropriate.

Hello everyone, take the John Wick quiz to see if It’s right for you! (In all honesty, every single person on Earth should see this piece of badassery.) 1. Do you like to watch Keanu Reeves kicking ass? 2. Do you like to watch Keanu Reeves shooting many bad people in the face? 3. Do you like to watch Keanu Reeves ramming his car into other cars? 4. Do you like to watch Keanu Reeves punching bratty mob members in the genitals? 5. Do you like moody and neo-noirish cinematography, in the vein of Drive and Only God Forgives? 6. Do you like perfectly timed comedic moments with action sequences? If you answered yes to any of these questions, see…

This is an altered version of where Neo has a life with marriage with Helen(Trin). And obiovusly altered from The Matrix 2 duo to appereance of Continental Doc(Keymaker) and later on Bowery King(Morpheus) indeed.

Keanu has minimal dialogue, but his firearm work carries the entire performance. The choreographed gun-fu and gunplay are exceptionally well done.

“People keep asking if I’m back and I haven’t really had an answer. But now, yeah, I’m thinkin’ I’m back.”

Saw it once before this, but wasn’t paying much attention and fell asleep (late at night) finally got around to collecting all 4 on DVD and watched the first one all the way through no interruptions and man this movie RULES. Reaves is so good as John Wick and I’m very excited to watch the rest. Theon Greyjoy makes stupid decisions in Game of Thrones and in this movie lol

This is what the introverted chill dark mysterious good basketball player of the friend group gets up to while the others are talking about their feelings. John boogeyman and I both know how that feels. Lots of fun but pretty stupid. Solid member of the genre one guy kills everyone. Time to become laser focused in my line of work and eat chocolate coins with the wrapper on til I’m sick in my pajama

𝑺
A fun, slick action flick that redefined gun-fu choreography; simple story, but Keanu Reeves makes revenge look cool.

He just does that.

You stole the car and killed the dog of fucking John Wick, u dumbass”

Rewatching all of the John Wick films since they had the first three on the flight I was on. John Wick – great intro film to the world of The Table and their guild of assassins and crimes. I wish there were less guns in this film as I really enjoy Keanu’s martial arts skills.

“John Wick is exactly my kind of action movie. No need to overthink anything — just sit back and enjoy the ride. Keanu Reeves as the good guy against the bad guys, with nonstop action, great fight scenes and plenty of bullets from start to finish. Pure action entertainment, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.” 👊🏻💥
-
J
Simply perfection. Driven in a compelling way by a primal need to seek vengeance. Not in love with its own love and baroqueness as the subsequent (strong) films. Keanu Reeves strides the earth like a colossus. We are all better for his talents.

Really solid action film whole way through. For most of it I was feeling like it would be a 4.5 stars, but the ending was a bit of a let down. A bit of an underwhelming payoff when John kills Iosef. My only real complaint. John Wick is however a badass the whole way through and I still had a ton of fun. Excited to see what the rest of the franchise has in store.
