This is honestly the greatest film ever made. We can’t top this. It’s where we peak as a society. The Rock straight up fights a giant mutant monkey, giant mutant crocodile and giant mutant wolf at the same time. This film is nuts. Like, sure, I guess you could describe this film as ‘garbage.’ But I’d prefer to describe it as ‘cinema.’

Dwayne and the rest of the cast also did a pretty good job, and the whole movie was just really fun to watch. I especially liked the whole idea of turning these animals into giant monsters. It really gave me that Godzilla kind of vibe, which i enjoyed a lot. Definitely a great monster movie. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

The main problem here is that whoever made this kaiju movie thinks that Dwayne is a kaiju. I thought it was ok/dumb but then I got emotionally upset about Ralph so maybe it’s good 👍? My point is that Jeffrey Dean Morgan, the whole movie, seems to have a sober head and sober legs, but his torso is wasted drunk. This was a fun popcorn film. Dwayne Johnson is being his usual self but I found watching this there was an ever so slight nuance to his performance, a shred of vulnerability because of his love of George (great name for a Gorilla). I felt bad for all the animals in this. It’s not their fault they were primal rage monsters. They should’ve tried to go for more cures. Anyway, a pretty fun film overall, don’t mind losing a few brain cells to this.

I was looking through prime passing all the those supposed masterpieces I still have to watch. and I saw this stupid monkey movie with the rock and said why not and I put it on that was actually not that bad. You can tell it’s not taking itself too seriously and the CGI in action were not half bad. Is it good? Definitely not but I had fun with it.
