Assisti por conta do Wagner Moura e de início gostei da premissa do filme mas acho que eles pecaram no desenrolar da história. O que mais gostei foi a trajetória de superação da família, assistir eles ressignificando uma situação catastrófica foi satisfatório de certa forma. Do meio para o final tiveram muitas informações desnecessárias e o desfecho foi bem fraco, queria que eles tivessem contado a história por trás das criaturas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great concept for a movie that took quite the turn. The movie started off on the right foot. It definitely felt like a thriller for most of the movie, and then the it quickly showed why it was classified as a sci-fi. I think it was stronger when it stayed towards elements of a thriller. Did feel a little bit artificial at times, especially when shooting what was outside of the window. Couldn’t bear the scene with Cassy, the dog. I’m emotionally unfit to prefer to see anything like that again. 😂 overall, really kept my interest. Decent, not amazing, but totally watchable.

★★★☆☆ Le film se regarde facilement et l’idée de départ est vraiment bonne. J’avais envie de savoir ce qui allait arriver jusqu’à la fin. Par contre, il y a quelques longueurs et certains choix des personnages m’ont un peu sorti du film. La fin est intéressante, mais je m’attendais à quelque chose d’un peu plus fort. Netflix needs to stop now. In my top 4 least fav films from 2026, 3 of them have been by Netflix. It does shine in some aspects like cinematography and effects but acting, writing, direction, camerawork were awful. I hope something like The Adventures of Cliff Booth doesn’t go down the same road as this. It should be a 4/10 but because it got me intrigued and entertained me for most of it, it’s a 4.5/10.

The movie starts off somewhat interesting as the family grapples with their new situation. The second half devolves into a monster mess that feels like it cannot even come up with credible explanations for breaking its own rules. It takes the classic Netflix formula, by taking a few great actors, and plugging them into a movie that practically rips ideas straight from other movies into this mess. There were a few elements I did enjoy, namely the solution crafting and overall absurdity to some of them. It is less than mediocre, yet it could easily be worse.

Iskreno mi se svidjela premisa filma. Bez obzira koliko su loši, uvijek sam voljela te kraj-svijeta apokaliptične filmove Apokalipsa, kad čovjek stipsa Helem, dobro je počeo, držao mi pažnju ostadoh budna zbog njega, razumjela sam sav Netflix hype, ali kako se bližio kraj činio se sve više neiskren i nerealan, bez nekih sirovo ljudskih scena koje su se morale desiti u takvim uslovima. Fali panike, sebičnosti, očaja, pada morala i dosta loših odluka. Voljela bih da neko uzme ovu ideju i napravi sada kvalitetan nastavak ili seriju. Still not rlly sure what the message of the movie was but ig being forced to stay inside your house for years and years for safety can feel like its own kind of prison. The house was meant to protect them from what’s outside but the longer they stayed, the more trapped they became. Towards the end of the movie, you start thinking whether ur really living if all u do is surviving.

Louis Leterrier’s The Last House mit Wagner Moura und Greta Lee beginnt als interessanter Sci-Fi-Thriller, verliert nach einem tollen Auftakt aber spürbar an Fahrt. Das klaustrophobische “Was-wäre-wenn”-Szenario über eine im eigenen Haus gefangene Familie weiß anfangs durchaus zu fesseln. Im letzten Drittel verfällt der Film jedoch in schwache Klischees und ein enttäuschendes 0815- Finale. Für Genre-Fans wegen der gelungenen Atmosphäre als auch der Prämisse zu Beginn sehenswert, insgesamt aber eher mittelmäßig. 5 / 10
