It is not a 4 star film by any means. However, its not often that I get so hooked into a storyline and so inclined with the characters that I know all their names and feel part of it. It honestly felt as if I had watched 3 seasons of the characters despite this film with various twists and turns being crammed into over an hour and a half. Honestly a class film, class actors and class storyline.

This was a great movie. The little brother is fucking hilarious best part of the film obviously. The older brother not so bad. Whole time I was screaming with Tanya “UR GAY” and u know what he is and that ok. The mom ehhh the dad funny sometimes. OMG CHRIS HEMSWORTHS COCK HUGE. #real #10 inches. The grandparents were trotting and so was all of Wally World but overall good funny movie I liked it some boring parts but that’s ok. Omg when the truck driver was in fact a repost was funny.

It’s a very unfunny mean spirited mess. It doesn’t even understand what made the vacation movies great in the first place because if you watch Christmas vacation (which is my favorite of the series) you can feel that they were a family this movie just doesn’t understand that. But the only exception is how they got Chevy Chase back in this movie. It was hilarious and got laughs aside from the other characters who were all annoying.

Yes, you’ve already seen 90% of the funny scenes if you’ve been on Instagram. It’s like they thought up 10 completely unrelated SNL skits and just had to throw some filler in between them. That being said, I have to give it some credit for being funny at times, but it’s just not a great movie. Commit to the R rating entirely and skip the gags meant for kids if that’s not going to be your audience. But the proper humour was funny. Bonus points for the soundtrack.

This movie was ok. I didn’t go into this movie expecting that much and I got what I expected. This movie wasn’t very special, it’s almost the same as a lot of comedy movies, it doesn’t really do anything different. Despite that, I thought some of the scenes were funny and I liked some of the characters. At some parts of the movie I did get a bit bored and the plot felt like it wasn’t going anywhere but after that part it picked itself back up again.
