Alright, this was even better than Pulp Fiction, denfinitely my favourite Tarantino so far. Tarantino has a way of making his characters so recognisable and likeable that you’re emotionally connected to them and care about them in a 99-minute film. Steve Buscemi glowed in this.

Atroz.

I am re-watching this after about 5 or 6 years and I can’t remember much at all about it and for almost the 1st 3/4th of the movie, I thought it was a little above average, maybe just average, a lot of blood and cussing but I was damn sure that I was going to come here and give you a big fat contrarian review that this is a very ordinary film. But the last 20 minutes or so are…

Usually Im not the biggest fan of Tarantino, but it was very interesting to see his first attempt at his now signature nonlinear and emergent narrative style. Also wouldve been 2 stars if it wasn’t for Steve Buscemi.

This came out of the gates really strong and then the middle kind of ruined the momentum. I did like the ending but it wasn’t enough to make it extremely memorable. Its a shame because concept had so much potential to be a true masterpiece.

Some very nice directing and shots, a simple story and premise but well written including the Tarantino dialogue he seems to be so known for to help pull you in. So many fucks and even just one n word was more than I expected so that was certainly a surprise. But entertaining through and through.

this was so so good but i wish that they waited longer to reveal who the cop was it would have been so much more suspenseful and emotional and i lowkey wish that all of the characters weren’t racist misogynist white men but the scene in the end with mr orange and mr white was so sad

Amazing! The acting is very good, and the fun music weirdly fits with the dark scenes – especially “Stuck in the Middle With You”. The relationship between Mr White and Mr Orange felt so real, as with all the pain the characters felt when being shot – everything just felt real!
