The Wolf is the shepherd. “Blessed is he who in the name of charity and good will shepherds the weak through the Valley of Darkness, for he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children.” When Jules and Vincent need to get off the road, what does Jules say: “This is the Valley, Vincent. Marcellus ain’t got no friendly places in the Valley.” They were in the valley of darkness. They needed someone to help them out. “If Jimmy’s ass ain’t home, I don’t know what we’re going to do.” They were hoping Jimmy would be their brother’s keeper. Of course, what was the first thing Jimmy told them: “Storing dead [redacted] ain’t my business.” If he…

A film full of important life lessons about foot massage ethics, how to hide priceless heirlooms as a prisoner of war, what to do if someone at the party overdoses on heroin, and best practices for cleaning brain from car upholstery. Glad I saw this movie young so I learned all this stuff early.

When i watched it 4-5 years ago i did not like it that much. Today i watched it again, and i can say that i just did not get the whole idea. I really enjoyed the movie, but i think it is far from the best movie of Tarantino. Idk exactly why, but there is something that attracts me in Hateful Eight or in reservoir dogs. And i cannot find that charm in Pulp Fiction. Still a very solid and good movie.

Three stories, one suitcase, and a whole lot of conversations about absolutely everything. Pulp Fiction is Tarantino at his most iconic—nonlinear, stylish, violent, hilarious, and endlessly quotable. Somehow, even the scenes where nothing seems to happen feel more entertaining than most movies. Travolta and Jackson are an unforgettable duo, Uma Thurman owns every scene, and the soundtrack is basically perfect. It’s chaotic, cool, weird, and completely confident in what it is. Cinema with a very bad attitude.

Oooo she wanna dance like Uma Thurman. It was okay, I think this is my 4th time watching it since I was it when I was a child. I see the cult-classic of it all, but Tarantino films aren’t exactly my style.

So the people really weren’t lying when they said that Quentin Tarantino looks like an absolute creep. The posters featuring Uma Thurman was incredibly misleading when I realized that her character practically gets rendered forgotten during the second hour. However, I will excuse it because she and John Travolta did an amazing job and I applaud their dynamic. I’m not going to lie, this is one of the most disturbing things I’ve ever watched, but it’s simultaneously one of the…

a masterclass in filmmaking. Perfect for any aspiring filmmaker who wants to understand screenplay structure, non-linear storytelling, and beautiful writing. Tarantino’s writing is just fucking brilliant. 🎬🔥 A film I’ll keep learning from.

I hate to say it but I don’t think this movie was for me. Maybe my expectations were just so high?? But it didn’t move me that much. Still was an entertaining watch. I wish that diner was real. You’d catch me there at least twice a week for that $5 milkshake.

tarantino may be a little weirdo but he sure knows how to make a good movie. the moment ‘misirlou’ punches your ears with its driving guitar riff you know you’re in for a treat. a timeless flick that hooks you in right from the jump all the way to the very end.
