Sorry not sorry for being cupcake in my own thoughts and review. Bitjjjjj I said what I said, at least im being honest tho 🤧 Absolutely this movie should get a higher rate. I don’t get why those tasteless fad critics were so blind and rate this below the average. This movie never get old for me and I’ll rewatch it a few time and it still amazes me. The setting was great, bit confusing, gory and ended with a bang. Creepy atmospheric and with a good sense of underlying mystery. And the monsters/aliens seemed lit asf. It’s so sad that I really want a sequel of this movie 😔 It’s safe to wake up now..

Mike Rowe: The reactor column serves the colony ship and all 60,000 hypersleeping passengers on it, and the walkways that cross the chamber sometimes hundreds of feet above the floor are decidedly not OSHA compliant. But these space goblins don’t seem to mind. It seems they’ve remembered the value of honest, hard, work. The space goblins aren’t asking for a handout, or to be coddled- they want to work! And they don’t need government regulations or handrails

space madness yarn with a neat premise and some fun costume & makeup. tbh i’d struggle to call it “good”—the action and horror elements are pretty mediocre, and the amnesia plot device is cheap & simplistic—but if (like me) you’re an Event Horizon apologist or someone who genuinely loves the last act of Sunshine then do yourself a favor and check this one out

The flight crew on a space ship has to deal with humanity devolved to an abominable, cannibalistic, feral state during the course of a long voyage gone wrong. Is this frickin’ sci fi or Jet Blue? Highly derivative of better movies like The Descent and Alien, but a very cool sci fi concept that stands on its own.

Top-tier space horror, which isn’t saying much considering there’s only like five of them.

one of those movies where the premise is way cooler than the execution. the concept behind this is seriously awesome, and i wish it had had a little more going for it. it’s not bad at all, it’s just a little slow and it doesn’t look great. the space orc things are awesome though, and like i already said a few times, the premise behind it kicks ass. make it into a video game

Despite some obvious flaws I really liked this film which is mainly due to its original idea and its look and feel. The problems lie in the screenplay. This film has a fantastic concept, which it executes perfectly in parts. There are actually two stories here. On the one hand we have Foster trying to survive and on other we have Quaid guiding him. Simply put, the Foster part is exciting and fantastic, the Quaid part a bit superfluous and predictable. That’s all the negativity I’m willing to give this film as I absolutely loved the good parts. It’s original, exciting and tense science-fiction. I also loved the look of it. Sure, it maybe doesn’t exploit its full potential but I was enjoying myself too much to be distracted by that. And it has a fantastic ending to boot. If you like science fiction with an emphasis on action you should give this one a go.

Dead Space but it’s an annoying movie a guy you smoke with swears up and down is, “unlike anything you’ve ever seen before, bro, trust me.” 5/10

It’s The Poseidon Adventure meets The Descent and it’s off the chain! It’s Run Silent, Run Deep with zero politics and a twist! It has atmosphere like Se7en and Alien Resurrection! It’s philosophical at its heart! It’s the darker, better and less romantic version of Passengers! But most of all, it’s Ben Foster and Dennis Quaid… in SPACE!

You’re all that’s left of us. Good luck, God bless, and godspeed. Lately, my dad chooses the movies we watch, sure you noticed already. I really enjoy watching movies with my family, so usually let them make the choices. This is also a typical dad movie. Sci-fi, space creatures, guns, with a huge plot twist. Two crew members unexpectedly awaken from their capsule in space and realize something is wrong. They are not alone, surrounded by creatures they cannot know, mysterious passengers, and technical malfunctions, leaving them far from home in the middle of space. Twist is predictable, yet it makes for an intriguing viewing experience. If humanity ever has to leave Earth, I’d rather stay home. It’s better to die peacefully at here than to struggle in space. january 2026

“We’re not out on the belt collecting data. And we’re not hauling cargo. We are the cargo.” Watched this against my will because my dad said “it’s good, trust me” immediate red flag. It’s a peak dad movie— dark spaceship, confused men, everyone sweating and final plot twist. But it was still a worthwhile science fiction film, especially a must-see for fans of the genre. The film carries a strong sense of atmosphere, almost as if it were adapted from a horror game or a Stephen King novel. At times, it felt like a low-budget Alien imitation. And when the plot twist finally came out, I realized it was worth it. It’s still very much a dad movie, but when I finished it, I realized I’d been a little too hard on my dad. january 2026 watched
