i still remember watching this w my mom when i was little, on a cd back then i literally didn’t understand english, so i made my mom read the subtitles for the whole movie for me lmaoo and somehow, moana is still my fav disney princess till this day, i also LOVE the soundtrack, i knew every single song by heart. if u guys know maudy ayunda, an Indonesian artist, she once covered “how far i’ll go” in Indonesian… thats iconic fr 😭🫶🏻

Had no interest In this till. My daughter wanted to watch this. I really liked this to be honest. I liked the story. Songs are hit a missed. I only really liked two of them which was the crab monsters song and maoi’s song. I just thought it was a nice story. Nice colour animation. I’d rather watch this than frozen.

Petit tips, dans quelle condition NE PAS regarder Vaiana : Avec sa nièce hyperactive de 2ans qui a vu le film 87 fois et qui trouve rien de mieux à faire que des aller-retours toutes les 3min pour aller chercher ses poupées et qui te demande de leur remettre leurs chaussures pendant que Vaiana pleure la mort de sa grand-mère et que t’as perdu la tienne il y a 10jours. Mood.

It’s my comfort movie. Every single thing in this movie represents me. I’m crying ugly on grandma spirit scene and moana gave teka the heart scene. It’s like watching the process of trauma healing.
